AF Advisors’ director Martine Vissers published an opinion in the June issue of InvestmentEurope about investing in Dutch residential mortgages.
As a consequence of the credit crisis and the regulations that followed, Dutch banks have a less dominant position in the mortgage market. This and the still existing mismatch between the growing demand for mortgage loans and net savings offers a solid basis for a long-term competitive return to (foreign) investors.
