AF Advisors’ consultant Guido Corbeau wrote an article about the best global high dividend funds. Dividend funds have become quite popular in the last decade as a source of yield in the current low interest rate environment. Which funds are the best?
On the top of the list comes UBS Global High Dividend Fund which showed high return over the last 3 and 5 years while keeping the costs relatively low with expense ratio at 96 bps. BNY Mellon Global Equity Income Fund came in the second place with relatively high 5 year return. Completing the top 3 is Robeco Global Conservative High Dividend Equity Fund which delivered high returns while keeping the expense ratio at 68 bps. There were two more funds in the top 10 managed by Dutch asset managers, namely Kempen Global High Dividend Fund and NN Hoog Dividend Aandelenfonds. Finally, the top 10 list also includes two passively managed funds, specifically Vanguard FTSE All-World High Dividend ETF and iShares STOXX Global Select Dividend 100.
