Sustainability plays an important role in all of our consulting work. This year, we have reassesed the progress on our own sustainability topics, driven by the intrinsic motivation of the firm and its employees.
As AF Advisors, we are not required to publish a sustainability report. However, transparency and the credibility with which we can do our work is an important fact for us. Therefore, this year we are publishing a Sustainability Report for the fifth time in a row. Here, we look at our impact on the planet, our people, the world around us (both society in a broad sense and our sector) and our customers.
We have made great progress in making our Rotterdam office more sustainable and encouraging healthy lifestyles among colleagues. Furthermore, we are proud of our contribution to the broader sustainability discourse in the media and at events. In this report we also discuss the work of our colleagues: Anne Kuijken, expert on SFDR, Noa Bol Raap, HR manager, and Hans van Putte, who is a part-time farmer.
