It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Michiel Kranenburg, one of the founders of AF Advisors. Although Michiel chose to continue his career at ING Investment Management and later MN, he remained a friend and a familiar presence to us all. His influence during the early years of AF Advisors is still evident in the company culture today. His vision was that work should, first and foremost, be a social activity where colleagues find joy in what they do. Consequently, “enjoyment in work” has always remained one of the core values of AF Advisors.
We will remember Michiel as a warm person, a connector, and a friend. His legacy lives on in the friendships he fostered and the memories we cherish. His absence leaves a void, but also a lasting impression of his talent for bringing people together.
