Diederik van Nieuwkerk is a Director at AF Advisors. He focuses on expanding AF Advisors’ services in the area of regulatory compliance (Pension Act, MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, and related legislation). After studying International Business Administration at the Vrije Universiteit, Diederik worked for 5 years at DNB and the ECB before transitioning to consultancy in 2016. Some of his activities as a consultant over the past 7 years include acting as a compliance officer, conducting compliance gap analyses, assisting with licensing applications, conducting compliance awareness training, and supporting the implementation of SIRA. Additionally, Diederik has been a lecturer in a compliance officer training program. Diederik has been working at AF Advisors since April 2024.
