Application procedure

When you apply for a job, you will need to go through the application process. Find out more about the application process and how we handle your data.

For some vacancies, we employ an external agency so that they can organize the recruitment and selection. In such cases, we will refer to the agency in the vacancy and we ask you to contact the recruiter from this agency. This same person will also conduct your initial interview.

For all positions, we consult your references to assist us in our selection. However, we will only contact these references with your permission. Sometimes an assessment will also form part of the application process.

We treat your personal data confidentially and carefully. We only use the data and documents you provide for the application procedure, these are not accessible to third parties. We will remove all your data and other documents from our system within one month after the application procedure has been completed, unless otherwise agreed with you. If you have been hired, we will include your details in your personnel file.

The application process that you will need to go through will obviously also depend on the job for which you are applying. If you have any questions about this, please contact the person who is listed in the vacancy.

To get to know each other well, we follow a number of steps in the application process.

    If it’s not a perfect fit this time, we'll let you know

  • First interview with two colleagues

    If we decide not to take things further, we’ll let you know why

  • Second interview with another partner and colleague*

    If we decide the role is not a perfect match, we’ll let you know why

  • If we both agree the role is a good fit, we will send you an offer

  • Call to discuss the terms of employment

  • If we agree on the most important working conditions, we will send you the contract

  • Sign the contract and start onboarding
