Nina van Dam is a Senior Consultant at AF Advisors. She studied at the University of Amsterdam, where she completed her master’s degree in Behavioural Economics and Game Theory. Nina primarily works on projects within the Organizational & Product Change business line.
Recent projects include benchmarking operational processes, conducting fund transitions and selecting a service provider for an asset manager. With a strong operational background, Nina takes a structured and results-oriented approach to a wide range of projects. She has been involved in service provider selection processes as well as the design and implementation of the Wtp for various Dutch pension funds. Nina has been with AF Advisors since 2022 and has industry experience since 2020.
