Martine Vissers is a Partner at AF Advisors. She studied at the Eindhoven University of Technology, where she completed her master’s degree in Real Estate Management & Development. She leads the business line Investment Consultancy.
Recent projects include a carve-out of the real estate teams of two pension funds and their placement with a new asset manager, advising pension funds on the investment cycle focused on private markets strategies, implementation of ESG and impact policies, evaluation of fiduciary managers, and the establishment of the Dutch Residential Mortgage Index.
Martine is the Chair of the Supervisory Board of ONS Label Breda, a social cooperative that supports people with barriers to employment in finding paid work.
Martine has been working at AF Advisors since 2016 and has been in the sector since 2006.
