Joni Dori is a Director at AF Advisors. He studied at the University of Amsterdam, where he completed his studies in law and philosophy.
He mainly deals with implementation projects in the field of sectoral (AIFMD, MiFID and UCITS) and cross-sectoral (SFDR and DORA) regulations in the asset management industry. He also advises and assists fund managers and investment firms on a continuous basis in the field of legislation and regulation. Recent projects include implementing regulations on digitalization and sustainability for several pension funds and asset managers, assisting with restructuring of investment funds and advising a fund manager on its outsourcing arrangements.
Before AF Advisors, he worked as legal counsel and board secretary at various (international) asset managers. Joni joined AF Advisors in 2021 and has experience in the financial sector since 2014.
