Ernst de Klerk

Ernst de Klerk is a Partner at AF Advisors. He holds a PhD in financial law, with a focus on UCITS, from Radboud University. He is mainly involved in advising on supervisory regulation, sustainability, and product development and structuring. Recent projects include the implementation of sustainability legislation, providing legal advice on SFDR, MiFID II, UCITS, and AIFMD and setting up an impact fund. Ernst joined AF Advisors in 2020 and has industry experience since 2010.
