AF Advisors, in cooperation with DEAL Consultancy, enables financial institutions to achieve their strategic and tactical goals by offering specialized services in business development & sales effectiveness. DEAL Consultancy is an independent firm servicing banks, insurers and asset managers in the Benelux. They consult and support institutions in their business development efforts like setting a distinct distribution strategy, building business partnerships, defining market entry plans, improving sales performance and considerations for a digital footprint.
Market Dashboards
DEAL and AF Advisors publish three market dashboards, providing asset managers with valuable market insights to build successful marketing and sales programs in the Dutch market. The dashboards provide information on the structure of each segment of the Dutch market, with detailed information about the main parties involved, market shares and stakeholders. The information includes key insights in each market proposition, the related investment approach and the underlying vehicles used. Relevant trends for each segment are also included.
There are three segment dashboards available:
- The institutional investing dashboard: focus on second pillar pension funds and proprietary insurance assets
- The unit linked market dashboard: focus on second pillar iDC solutions and third pillar pension propositions
- The wealth management market dashboard: focus on fourth pillar investment propositions by banks, insurers, investment platforms and private wealth managers
The dashboards are updated and published twice a year and combined with supporting consult calls. They are an important enrichment for asset managers to respond to the shifting marketing demand and rapidly changing market dynamics. The dashboards overcomes the lack of consistent and detailed public information.
Sales Effectiveness Assessment
By combining each other strengths in assessing business drivers and sales performance a business review is developed showing the relevant elements in optimizing and increasing business results. The structured set up and scoring on individual elements provides tangible actions and practical advice for short and long term improvements.
